We want you to truly love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out, we’re a small business and we’re always happy to help.
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.
Can My Item Be Returned?
To make sure we can accept your return, please confirm that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It’s free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- All original tags are still attached
- It’s returned in the original packaging, in good condition
- You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase
If any of these aren’t met, we may not be able to accept the return—but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy!
Just email us at hello@flordeflamenco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Simple instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note that items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@flordeflamenco.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll take care of it right away.
Issues reported after this time frame may not be eligible for return.
Items We’re Unable to Accept Back
Some items are final sale, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Personalized products

Exchanges (Special Consideration)
While we don’t offer standard exchanges, we understand that special situations happen.
In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may be happy to offer an exchange instead of a return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Bank and credit card processing times may vary
